This company is very flexible and very caring and great to work with. They did mold remediation for us and successfully cleaned the whole house, ensuring no more mold issues inside the house, including in the ductwork, HVAC, vents (return, supply) and exhaust fans throughout the house. They went above and beyond to ensure a thorough job. In the process, they also replaced all of our old 1965 vent covers, which was a wonderful bonus, and cleaned / unclogged our exhaust fans. They also shared good advice for future mold prevention going forward. They were very pragmatic the whole time, never over-charging for anything, very budget friendly. Also very flexible and caring when we had to ensure that our cats would be out of the way of the work, and we couldn’t find them (our cats are experts at hiding). They rescheduled the work even though it was last minute, without any complaint. They also came back to ensure we were happy with all the vent replacement work, even after the scheduled work had been completed, and stayed late to make sure the job was done thoroughly. Another thing I loved: They took care of all of the measuring and Home Depot shopping (for optional, cosmetic add ons like the vent covers that I wanted replaced for aesthetic reasons) and they just charged me later for the items at cost. Much appreciated. Fast, efficient communication and easy payments, also.

Responsive, scheduled relatively quickly, actually showed up at the scheduled time, the techs were very respectful of my home and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Their pricing was very fair—not the cheapest company out there, but definitely not overpriced. Overall, they made the nightmare of dealing with mold in my home slightly less awful lol. Would definitely use them again (but I hope I never have to).
